Benny has been training out of Prophecy Fight Centre on the Gold Coast, with coaches; Chris Kirby (Wrestling and MMA), Anthony Vella (Muay Thai), Tommy Szeremi (Boxing) and Thai Tommy (Muay Thai and Thai Pad Holder). Benny has also been training at a few other Academies, such as; Gracie Barra with BJJ Coach Fabio Galeb, as well as P.U.M.M.A with Vince Perry to mix things up.
Benny has always tried to set his life up as not needing to much money to survive, but has found it tough in Australia to do this for a living, but says he is getting there day by day with new sponsors, etc. It can be a real struggle sometimes to go to training considering, he trains 3 times a day, 5 days a week and then twice on Saturdays.
The next fight Benny is in, is an Aussie title fight making it two Aussie titles for him, and he is more determined than ever to win this one, The fight will take place on the Gold Coast at the Nerang PCYC on the 19th of November.
